Each class blends grounding breathwork, gentle mobility, playful nervous-system release, and feel-good free movement dance into a full-body experience that leaves you lighter, calmer, energized, and genuinely happy.
You’ll move. You’ll laugh. You’ll probably sweat. And you’ll walk out feeling freer in your body — without pressure, perfection, or performance.
